Job Description
Job Title: CASS Executive Role Summary: Manage client money and custody reconciliations, incident reporting, and payment processing for a wealth management platform. Ensure compliance with CASS, ISA, and SIPP regulations, maintain risk controls, and support client service improvements. Expectations: Deliver daily operations with high service quality, meet KPIs and SLAs, maintain rigorous risk awareness, complete mandatory training, and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct client money and custody asset reconciliations, oversee break resolution, process client payments, transfers, and advisor fees. - Manage incident reporting, capture risks accurately, and support root cause analysis and preventative measures. - Deliver day‑to‑day tasks with high service and quality standards, meeting established KPIs and SLAs. - Support clients by identifying solutions, enhancing the customer journey, and embedding Consumer Duty. - Engage with colleagues through daily huddles and monthly meetings, contributing to continuous improvement. - Maintain strong risk awareness, adhere to regulations, controls, and CASS requirements, and complete all mandatory training. - Undertake additional tasks as directed by Operations Management. Required Skills: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet objectives. - Data processing skills with excellent attention to detail. - Self‑motivated with a willingness to learn. - (Beneficial) Knowledge or experience with platform systems (training provided). - (Beneficial) Understanding of ISA, SIPP, and CASS/COBS regulation. - (Beneficial) Financial services qualification (e.g., IOC or CII). - (Beneficial) Interest in financial markets and investments (ETFs, mutual funds, equities, structured notes). Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum financial services qualification (e.g., IOC or CII). - Understanding of ISA, SIPP, and CASS/COBS regulatory frameworks.
