Do you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with good data processing skills?

Our client, a growing wealth management platform, is looking for a CASS Executive to join their Bath based team.

Your responsibilities:

Conduct client money and custody asset reconciliations, oversee break resolution, and process client payments, transfers, and advisor fees
Manage incident reporting, ensuring risks are accurately captured, escalated, and resolved, while contributing to root cause analysis and preventative measures
Deliver day-to-day tasks with high service and quality standards, meeting KPIs and SLAs
Support clients by finding solutions, improving the customer journey, and embedding Consumer Duty in all processes
Engage with colleagues through daily huddles and monthly meetings, contributing to continuous improvement
Maintain strong risk awareness, adhering to regulations, controls, and CASS requirements, and complete all mandatory training
Undertake additional tasks as directed by Operations Management

Your Skills:

Essential

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet objectives
Data processing skills with excellent attention to detail
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn

Beneficial

Knowledge or experience of platforms (training provided)
Understanding of ISA, SIPP, and CASS/COBS regulation
Financial services qualification (e.g., IOC or CII)
Interest in financial markets and investments (ETFs, mutual funds, equities, structured notes)
