Own the digital shelf by partnering with third‑party e‑commerce tools, executing joint business planning terms, and aligning promotional activity with brand objectives. Support day‑to‑day trading processes, reporting, and cross‑functional projects while providing data‑driven insights to optimize ROI. Expactations: - Own account budgeting and trade‑spend management. - Influence customer strategy alignment and decision‑making. - Deliver measurable growth against commercial targets. - Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and clear communication. - Demonstrate entrepreneurial mindset and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: **Ecommerce Account Management (30%)** - Drive commercial and growth performance for key accounts. - Translate customer goals into actionable plans. - Manage trade spend and analyze campaign outcomes. - Deliver joint business planning terms with International Ecommerce Manager. **Ecommerce Strategy (30%)** - Ensure product listings, imagery, taxonomy, and availability meet set standards. - Collaborate with e‑commerce tool partners for data‑guided decisions. - Work with shopper marketing to execute sponsored search and activation plans across top retailers. **Sales Fundamentals / Reporting & Tracking (20%)** - Provide timely category insights and performance reporting. - Forecast sales, trade spend, and promotional impact. - Contribute to cross‑functional projects and maintain customer transparency. **Ecom Sales Support (20%)** - Manage debit notes, media activation, promo administration, CPI, tender preparation, and reporting. Required Skills: - Experience in customer management and commercial planning, preferably in e‑commerce. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel. - Business and financial acumen; solution‑driven mindset. - Excellent stakeholder management and presentation abilities. - Proactive, results‑focused, and adaptable to entrepreneurial environments. - Team player with curiosity, inclusion, and ownership orientation. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline. - Preferred: Certifications in e‑commerce, digital marketing, or analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar).
