Job title: Accounting Clerk Role Summary: Execute full‑cycle accounting tasks supporting the finance team’s monthly close, asset management, and audit processes. Ensure accurate ledger entries, reconciliations, and compliance within a retail luxury environment. Expactations: Deliver timely, error‑free financial close; maintain robust internal controls; collaborate across departments; continuously identify and automate process improvements. Key Responsibilities - Record month‑end journal entries and manage the financial close cycle. - Perform daily and monthly bank, intercompany, and vendor reconciliations. - Maintain fixed‑asset registers and depreciation schedules, including work‑in‑process. - Oversee balance‑sheet account reconciliations (prepaids, accruals, deferrals). - Handle accounts receivable/payable reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. - Prepare tax filing data (GST/HST, QST/PST) and coordinate with service providers. - Support external audit (prepare schedules, respond to request items). - Process invoices, vendor payments, travel expense reports, and corporate card activity. - Contribute to monthly management reports and special projects. - Identify and implement process automation and improvement initiatives. **Job Title:** Regional Manager – South **Role Summary:** Leads and oversees all boutiques within the assigned southern market, driving sales, profit‑and‑loss performance, operational excellence, and brand standards.
