**Job Title:** Regional Manager – South
**Role Summary:**
Leads and oversees all boutiques within the assigned southern market, driving sales, profit‑and‑loss performance, operational excellence, and brand standards. Responsible for talent acquisition, development, and succession, as well as executing business plans, market growth initiatives, and new store openings.
**Expectations:**
- Achieve regional sales, KPI, and profitability targets.
- Ensure consistent delivery of luxury client experience and compliance with corporate policies.
- Build and retain high‑performing boutique teams; develop talent pipelines.
- Execute market‑specific business and marketing strategies that increase traffic and customer base.
- Oversee successful launch of new stores and continuous improvement of existing operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Business Development:** Design and implement boutique business plans, marketing/promotional activities, and action plans to maximize revenue and market share.
- **Team Leadership:** Recruit, hire, train, and mentor boutique staff; conduct performance reviews, coaching, and succession planning.
- **Operations Management:** Enforce company policies, POS and inventory controls, shrink reduction, and security standards; produce regular quantitative/qualitative reports for Retail Director.
- **Cross‑Functional Collaboration:** Partner with Visual Merchandising, Finance, E‑Commerce, Retail Merchandising, and Training teams to align product performance, market analysis, and training programs.
- **Store Openings:** Lead all phases of new boutique launches, including staffing, operational system setup, and opening readiness.
- **Market Insight:** Monitor local luxury market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences; provide strategic recommendations.
- **Travel & Communication:** Visit boutiques per approved schedule; communicate corporate initiatives and directives through meetings and written updates.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven retail leadership with 5+ years managing multiple stores (luxury preferred).
- Strong P&L and KPI management expertise.
- Excellent talent acquisition, development, and coaching abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM, POS, inventory management, and retail reporting tools.
- Strategic business acumen with market analysis and competitive insight.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills across diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to travel regularly within the region and adapt to fast‑changing brand initiatives.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- Relevant certifications in retail management or luxury brand training advantageous but not mandatory.
