Product Data Analyst
**Role Summary**
Analyze, refine, and deliver product data solutions that enhance decision‑making across a global regulatory technology platform. Transform business requirements into actionable data features, model user journeys, create dashboards, and enforce data quality and governance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Own and refine the product data backlog, translating business needs into prioritized analytics features.
- Model user journeys and data flows, craft high‑quality user stories in Jira, and maintain structured documentation.
- Design, build, and enhance dashboards and reports using Salesforce, Power BI, and Tableau to deliver actionable insights.
- Champion data governance: enforce data quality, manage dependencies, and apply approved lineage and metadata tools.
- Facilitate backlog refinement sessions, participate in sprints, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and engage in cross‑functional knowledge sharing.
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement, experimentation, and inclusive collaboration.
**Required Skills**
*Technical*
- Proficiency in Jira for backlog management and user story creation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce reporting.
- Data modelling, QA processes, and metadata management.
- Knowledge of data governance principles and regulatory data policies.
