The Data, Technology and Innovation (DTI) division enables the FCA to be a digital-first, data-led smart regulator by delivering a secure, agile and cost-effective technology and data ecosystem that drives better decisions, transparency and operational efficiency. Sitting within DTI, the Advanced Analytics & DSU team develops the FCA’s organisation-wide capability to drive an analytics-led regulatory approach.

Role Responsibilities

Lead planning and governance activities to provide structure and clarity, enabling informed decisions and successful delivery
Manage budgets and financial tracking to ensure cost control and prioritisation, driving efficient use of resources
Oversee licence, subscription and SharePoint processes to embed compliance and streamline operations across the Product Group
Maintain risk registers and support governance forums to strengthen risk management and safeguard delivery outcomes
Coordinate demand and capacity planning to optimise resources and improve transparency through Kanban boards and ROM trackers
Drive stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement to enhance collaboration, embed knowledge sharing and deliver cost optimisation
