**Job Title:** Business Development Associate – Strategic Materials **Role Summary:** Proactive Business Development Associate to support the Go‑to‑Market function, working directly with the Head of GTM. Focus on building high‑value industrial partnerships, lead generation, and contributing to market strategy and analytics for an AI‑driven inorganic materials platform. **Expectations:** - Self‑motivated, objective‑driven and able to work independently. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interaction with senior executives. - Ability to manage multiple partnership initiatives and analytical tasks simultaneously. - Legally authorized to work in France (valid French work visa) and fluent in English. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Identify, qualify, and pursue strategic partnership opportunities with industrial players. 2. Conduct lead generation and prospecting activities; coordinate conferences and events. 3. Build and maintain lasting relationships with partners. 4. Manage CRM data, generate team analytics, and produce regular reporting. 5. Contribute to the development and refinement of Altrove’s go‑to‑market strategy. **Required Skills:** - Experience in industrial/business development or related fields. - Strong verbal and written communication in English; French language optional but not required. - Proven ability to manage pipelines, CRM systems, and partnership negotiations. - Analytical mindset with competency in data reporting and strategy support. - Tech‑savvy; background in deep‑tech or material science is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline. - No specific certifications required; eligibility to work in France is mandatory.
