**Job Title:** Sales and Marketing Specialist
**Role Summary:**
Execute day‑to‑day marketing initiatives and provide light sales support to drive brand visibility, generate qualified leads, enable the sales team, and improve client retention for a fast‑growing Managed Services Provider.
**Expectations:**
- Increase regional brand awareness through social, content, events, and sponsorships.
- Build and nurture a repeatable pipeline of qualified leads.
- Deliver sales‑enablement tools, collateral, and reporting that accelerate deal closure.
- Support client‑retention activities such as QBRs, testimonials, and communications.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, schedule, and publish social media posts and campaigns.
- Assist with list building, newsletter preparation, and nurture program setup.
- Create and publish blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and client stories.
- Maintain CRM/marketing automation platforms (e.g., Autotask, Glasshive) for data accuracy, tagging, and reporting.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend optimizations.
- Coordinate website updates with internal developers.
- Follow up on warm leads, conduct account research, and support LinkedIn outreach.
- Prepare sales collateral, scorecards, slide decks, and QBR visual materials.
- Launch lead‑magnet campaigns, Google Review initiatives, direct‑mail postcards, and email nurture sequences.
- Produce and maintain a marketing scorecard to measure impact.
- Track competitive landscape to inform positioning and campaign strategy.
**Required Skills:**
- 2‑3 years of B2B marketing experience (agency, SaaS, IT/MSP preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to design and build collateral using PowerPoint, Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and project‑management skills.
- Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn sales processes.
- Bonus: interest in AI/automation tools and the IT/MSP sector.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Post‑secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- No specific certifications required; relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) are a plus.
