Job Description
Job title: Desktop Support Engineer Role Summary: Provide end‑to‑end desktop and endpoint support in a hybrid environment, managing Microsoft Intune deployments, delivering Tier 1/2 support, and maintaining device security and performance. Expactations: - Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly. - Maintain high service‑level response and resolution times. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external vendors. - Continuously improve processes and knowledge base. Key Responsibilities: - Deploy, configure, and manage devices via Microsoft Intune (Windows & mobile). - Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop support, both remotely and on‑site. - Document troubleshooting steps and device configurations in the ticketing system. - Execute monthly patching, updates, and vulnerability remediation. - Automate routine tasks and system administration using PowerShell and other scripting tools. - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively identify improvement opportunities. - Work with onsite analysts and vendor support teams to resolve complex issues related to specialized software products. - Serve as an intermediary technical resource for key vendor software, bridging communication between end users and vendor support. - Participate in device lifecycle management: imaging, deployment, and decommissioning. - Contribute to process improvement initiatives and knowledge base development. Required Skills: - Proficient with Microsoft Intune (Windows & mobile). - Strong desktop support experience (Tier 1/2). - Knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and hardware troubleshooting. - PowerShell scripting and automation skills. - Experience with patch management and vulnerability remediation. - Excellent communication and customer‑service skills. - Ability to work in fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred). - Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MCSA) or equivalent. - Any relevant vendor‑specific certifications (e.g., Intune, Azure, or specific software product) is a plus.

Job Title: Business Intelligence Administrator Role Summary: Provide contract‑based administration, configuration, and operational management of enterprise reporting platforms—primarily Power BI and SAP BusinessObjects—with additional exposure to Tableau. Support modern, cloud‑native data environments and enable self‑service analytics across the organization. Expectations: * Maintain platform uptime, performance, and security. * Define and enforce platform standards and governance practices. * Ensure business continuity and operational readiness of reporting services. * Collaborate across data science, analytics, and IT teams to integrate new data sources and tools. Key Responsibilities: * Administer Power BI and SAP BusinessObjects environments (user permissions, content deployment, refresh schedules). * Manage and provision Snowflake data warehouses and Azure cloud services. * Configure and maintain Tableau workbooks and data extracts (when required). * Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendor support. * Develop and maintain documentation for platform architecture, configuration, and operational procedures. * Evaluate and recommend tooling enhancements or platform upgrades. * Provide training and support for end‑users to foster self‑service analytics.
