Drive new business from outbound prospecting through contract negotiation and closure, targeting clients in the US, UK, and Ireland. Expectations: • Minimum 5 years as an Account Executive, 3 years in B2B SaaS, with a track record of selling to HR/L&D. • 360‑degree sales experience (sourcing to closing). • Proven results in the US, UK, or Ireland. • Fluency in English (written and verbal). • Entrepreneurial, autonomous, and comfortable in a startup environment. • Passion for building scalable sales systems, bias for action, curiosity, and a team‑player mindset. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct outbound prospecting and generate qualified leads. 2. Deliver product demos and consultative sales presentations to HR/L&D decision‑makers. 3. Negotiate contracts, manage pricing discussions, and close deals. 4. Maintain and forecast pipeline in CRM, ensuring accurate revenue projections. 5. Build and refine end‑to‑end sales processes to support scalable growth. 6. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to align go‑to‑market strategies. 7. Provide regular performance reporting to leadership.
