Job Title: Senior Engineer
Role Summary:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive security systems across cloud, network, and application layers. Manage proactive monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management while mentoring junior staff and enforcing industry compliance. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed security best practices into the organization’s technology roadmap.

- Drive automation and integration of security into DevSecOps pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, deploy, and maintain security controls for cloud, network, and application environments.
2. Configure and manage monitoring tools, SIEM, threat intelligence feeds, and automated response workflows.
3. Lead incident response, conduct forensic analysis, and develop post‑incident remediation plans.
4. Perform vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation with relevant teams.
5. Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and career development.
6. Collaborate with DevOps, product, and compliance teams to embed security practices into development lifecycles.
7. Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of security architecture, policies, and procedures.
8. Support regulatory audits and prepare evidence for compliance reporting.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in DevSecOps practices and automation (CI/CD, IaC).
- Strong security system design and architecture skills.
- Experience with proactive monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management.
- Cloud, network, and application security expertise.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
- Ability to mentor and collaborate effectively across teams.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
- Relevant certifications advantageous: CISSP, CISM, CEH.
