Job Description
Job Title: Account Executive – Axivion Static Code Analysis Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end sales for Axivion’s Static Code Analysis and Architecture Verification tools across EMEA, driving new customer acquisition and long‑term partnership growth. Expectations: * Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for Axivion products. * Build and maintain a high‑value pipeline of regulated‑industry accounts. * Demonstrate deep product knowledge and industry expertise to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and industry events. 2. Own the full sales cycle: discovery, solution presentation, proposal development, negotiation, and closing. 3. Execute a “land and expand” strategy to onboard new customers and identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities. 4. Communicate product value, ROI, and differentiators to software developers, architects, testers, and technology leaders. 5. Build credibility with regulated‑industry stakeholders (Automotive SAF, Medical Device ISO 26262, Industrial Automation IEC 61508). 6. Collaborate with marketing and product teams on region‑specific go‑to‑market initiatives, including conference participation and messaging. 7. Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to management. Required Skills: * Proven track record in B2B software sales, with experience in cold calling, consultative selling, and closing multi‑month deals. * Strong technical acumen: familiarity with embedded systems, functional safety, and static code analysis tools. * Ability to conduct technical demonstrations and translate feature benefits into business outcomes. * Deep understanding of regulated industries (Automotive, Medical Devices, Industrial Automation) and related compliance requirements. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills. * Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and capable of working independently in a fast‑paced environment. Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred). * No mandatory certifications, though experience with ISO 26262, IEC 61508 or similar safety standards is highly advantageous. ---
