Job Description
Job title: Wholesale Account Assistant Role Summary: Assist the Wholesale Account Manager with end‑to‑end order processing, customer liaison, and partnership administration for wholesale clients. Expectations: Accurately manage orders, communicate updates, and support wholesale meetings; maintain high attention to detail while handling multiple deadlines. Key Responsibilities - Process and enter wholesale orders into the company system. - Create line sheets for each order and customer. - Confirm delivery windows with Production and notify Management of potential delays. - Communicate order changes to customers prior to confirmation. - Manage wholesale samples and track usage. - Analyze sell‑through reports and report findings. - Visit customer sites to evaluate performance and provide feedback. - Support the Manager in preparing for wholesale meetings and presentations. Required Skills - 1–2 years’ experience in a wholesale environment (e.g., Zalando, Urban Outfitters, U.S. department stores). - Advanced Excel proficiency (sheets, data analysis, pivot tables). - Strong communication and coordination skills across departments. - Accuracy, detail‑orientation, and problem‑solving aptitude. - Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple concurrent projects. - Excellent administrative and organisational abilities. Required Education & Certifications - Minimum high‑school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree or college coursework in business, marketing, or supply‑chain preferred. - No specific certifications required, but experience with ERP/order‑management systems is advantageous.
