**Job Title** Senior Digital Marketing Manager **Role Summary** Lead the development, execution, and optimization of Fullscript’s paid digital marketing strategy across paid search, social, and programmatic channels. Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement for the healthcare B2B/B2C platform, managing a $5 M+ annual budget while mentoring a growing team and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies. **Expectations** - Data‑driven decision maker who balances hands‑on campaign execution with long‑term strategic vision. - Ability to translate performance metrics into actionable insights and continuous improvement. - Strong leadership and communication skills to guide junior staff, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and maintain external partner relationships. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Paid Digital Strategy** – develop cohesive paid search, social, and programmatic plans focused on customer acquisition and ROI. 2. **Campaign Management** – oversee execution (through agencies) and optimize campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, DSPs, and other ad‑serving platforms. 3. **Data Analysis & Insights** – analyze large datasets, generate KPI reports, and recommend optimizations. 4. **Team Collaboration & Leadership** – mentor junior marketers, coordinate with creative, data, and product teams. 5. **Partner & Client Relations** – manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and cross‑functional stakeholders. 6. **Process Improvement** – identify and implement automation and workflow efficiencies for high‑quality delivery. 7. **Budget Management** – control spend, invoicing, margin tracking, and ensure profitability across paid channels. **Required Skills** - Extensive experience managing paid media (SEM, programmatic, social) with hands‑on use of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, DSPs. - Proven track record managing ≥$5 M annual paid budgets. - Strong analytical proficiency with Google Sheets, Slides, and ability to derive insights from large data sets. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration. - Detail‑oriented, numerate, and able to manage complex campaigns. - Familiarity with performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio) is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. - Relevant digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, DSP certifications) preferred but not mandatory.
