Job Description: Job Title: Product Manager Role Summary: Lead product strategy, customer onboarding, and success operations for a SaaS platform serving business aviation operators. Drive roadmap development, customer engagement, and growth alignment across product, engineering, and executive leadership. Expectations: - Own end‑to‑end product lifecycle and customer experience. - Balance rapid execution with data‑driven decision making in a fast‑growth environment. - Build strong relationships with high‑value clients (corporates, HNWIs, aviation operators). Key Responsibilities: - Collect, prioritize, and communicate customer feedback to shape the product roadmap. - Lead customer onboarding, training, and ongoing support initiatives. - Design and execute Customer Success strategy, including KPIs, tools, and processes. - Collaborate closely with CEO and CTO to align product strategy with business objectives. - Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to strengthen client relationships. Required Skills: - 2–5 years in product strategy or customer success, preferably with SaaS experience. - Strong ownership mindset and ability to deliver quickly in a startup setting. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English. - Experience engaging demanding corporate clients and high‑net‑worth individuals. - Passion for aviation or experience in premium/B2B markets. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - Certifications in Product Management, Agile, or Customer Success are a plus.
