We're hiring a Product Manager (Full-Time - Paris or USA )

Moove is a SaaS platform dedicated to business aviation booking and operations management. In a market still underserved by technology, our solution empowers operators to sell more, improve customer experience, and streamline their operations.

We have 60+ clients in US and Europe - Mostly Fortune 500 Corporate Aircraft operators and Travel Specialists -- and we are now accelerating our global expansion requiring us to strengthen our Product development processes and client's onboarding to maximize the product impact and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

As a Product Manager, you will be at the crossroads of product, customer relationships, and business growth.

Your role will include:

* Collecting, prioritizing, and sharing customer feedback to shape the product roadmap.

* Leading customer onboarding, training, and ongoing support.

* Building and running our Customer Success strategy (KPIs, tools, processes).

* Collaborating closely with the CEO and CTO to optimize product strategy deployment

* Representing Moove at international trade shows and events, strengthening client relationships.

Profile

* 2-5 years of experience in Product strategy or Customer Success, ideally in SaaS or within the aviation industry. Fresh Graduate Application accepted if strong Aviation + Software background.

* Strong sense of ownership and ability to execute quickly in a startup setting.

* Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with demanding clients (corporates, HNWIs, aviation industry players).

* Fluent in English (written & spoken). Additional languages are a plus (German, Spanish, Italian)

* Passion for aviation or experience in a premium / B2B industry is highly valued.

Compensation & Benefits

* Salary: EUR42-65k depending on experience (US: Package based on location)
