Job Description
**Job Title:** Logistics and Operations Manager **Role Summary:** Manage end‑to‑end travel logistics for high‑profile teams, including transportation, hotel bookings, and itineraries, ensuring seamless and efficient operations. Hybrid role with 1‑2 days per week in a London office. **Expectations:** - Deliver flawless travel arrangements for multiple concurrent trips. - Respond quickly to last‑minute changes and resolve issues calmly. - Maintain strict confidentiality and high standards expected by elite clients (e.g., Formula 1 teams). **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan and coordinate team travel, including transport, accommodation, and detailed itineraries. - Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage logistics and supplier relationships. - Consolidate and communicate travel information to all parties. - Oversee group bookings, monitor budgets, and ensure cost‑effective solutions. - Ensure compliance with client and internal travel policies. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience coordinating travel for Formula 1 or motorsport teams (or equivalent high‑performance environment). - Strong knowledge of hotel, transport, and travel booking systems. - Ability to manage multiple trips simultaneously in a fast‑paced setting. - Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder management. - Availability to work on‑site in London 1‑2 days per week. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum secondary education (e.g., high school diploma or equivalent). - Relevant certifications in logistics, travel management, or operations (e.g., CITT, IATA) preferred but not mandatory.
