About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Logistics and Operations Manager to join their team. This role is key to ensuring seamless, efficient travel for the teams, including high-profile clients such as Formula 1 teams.

You'll be responsible for managing all aspects of travel logistics and operations, from hotel bookings to transport coordination - making sure every detail is covered. The role is hybrid, requiring office presence in London 1-2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate team travel, including transportation, hotel bookings, and detailed itineraries
Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to manage all logistics
Handle last-minute changes and resolve issues quickly and calmly
Provide clear, consolidated travel information to stakeholders
Manage group bookings, monitor budgets, and ensure a seamless travel experience
Ensure all travel plans align with client and internal expectations

Requirements

Experience coordinating travel for F1 teams or within a motorsport environment
Proven background in a Logistics or Operations Manager, Travel Coordinator, PA/EA, or Office Manager role with significant travel responsibilities
Strong knowledge of hotel, transport, and travel booking systems
Ability to manage multiple trips simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
London-based, with availability to work from our office 1-2 days per week

Desirable Experience

Previous agency or sports industry experience
Familiarity with the pace, confidentiality, and complexity of high-performance team travel
Ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships
