**Job Title:** Senior IT Support – Infrastructure **Role Summary** Lead infrastructure management, ensuring IT systems, networks, and enterprise applications operate securely and efficiently across multiple locations. Focus on advanced technical support, system optimization, and business continuity. **Expectations** Proven expertise in IT infrastructure administration with a focus on enterprise systems, proactive troubleshooting, and driving operational improvements. Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical solutions and collaborate cross-functionally. **Key Responsibilities** - Oversee user lifecycle management (onboarding/offboarding) with accurate system records (e.g., Active Directory, asset inventories). - Administer enterprise applications (payroll, HR, CRM, contact center platforms) to maximize functionality and user adoption. - Deliver 2nd/3rd line technical support, resolve network/system incidents, and manage service desk tools (e.g., Vivantio). - Design and implement network improvements (DHCP, DNS, WiFi, firewalls, Meraki) to enhance connectivity and security. - Monitor and maintain backup/disaster recovery systems to ensure business continuity. **Required Skills** - IT systems/network administration (Windows, VMware, Active Directory). - Network protocols (DHCP, DNS, WiFi, firewall configuration). - Enterprise application support and service desk tools (e.g., Vivantio). - Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving for infrastructure and connectivity issues. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration. **Required Education & Certifications** - Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA, Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate). - Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or related field advantageous.
