Job Description
**Job title** Junior Business Systems Analyst **Role Summary** Support data, reporting, and system operations across the organization. Acts as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to improve data quality, system performance, and business insights. **Expectations** - Deliver continuous improvement of reports, data, and systems. - Provide proactive, scalable solutions that reduce administrative burden and enhance tool readiness for growth. - Foster strong partnerships with Project Management, Client Partnership, and Finance to address data and system challenges. **Key Responsibilities** - Resolve Altair and Roar software tickets; raise technical issues to Resources Team. - Test and support Roar PPM during rollout and post‑go‑live stages. - Perform monthly data cleansing for Job Title, Cost Center, L codes; conduct quarterly server folder access audits. - Contribute to annual creation of new House jobs and upload cost rates, ensuring completeness. - Assist finance with quarterly Segregation of Duties (SOD) review and matrix. - Maintain records of software usage and support future data/reporting projects. - Optimize tools/processes to reduce admin double entry; plan roll‑out of new tools. - Test enhancements to existing and future platforms for peak performance. - Log missing system functionalities and initiate updates with support teams. - Manage BAU tasks and projects, unblock blockers, and identify root causes. - Recommend training needs and identify knowledge gaps. **Required Skills** - Basic data analysis skills; trend monitoring and issue resolution. - Database management, commercial reporting, and systems/tools administration. - Strong prioritisation and resource allocation. - High attention to detail, active listening, and influence. - Logical, action‑oriented problem solving. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience). - No mandatory certifications required, but experience in marketing/advertising agency environment is essential.
