**Job Title** Flagship Store Manager **Role Summary** Lead and grow a flagship retail location, driving sales, customer experience, and team performance through education, personalization, and creative in‑store events. **Expectations** * Deliver month‑on‑month retail growth and exceed location targets. * Maintain high standards of customer service and product knowledge. * Mentor and coach a team of sales associates and therapists. **Key Responsibilities** - Drive retail performance by motivating staff, setting targets, and analysing KPIs. - Plan, launch, and manage in‑store events, masterclasses, and on‑counter activities to boost traffic and sales. - Conduct regular product and technique training in partnership with District Sales & Education Manager. - Perform high‑quality skincare services as a role model. - Uphold brand standards in appearance, grooming, and communication. - Collaborate with district and retail training managers to ensure consistent service quality. **Required Skills** - Strong leadership and team‑building abilities. - Excellent communication and customer‑service skills. - Creative event and sales strategy development. - Deep passion for skin health and product expertise. - Ability to train and mentor staff. **Required Education & Certifications** - NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy with Facial Electricals. - Minimum 2 years of retail management experience. - Current certification or proof of completed NVQ 3/4 at time of application.
