**Job title:** Salesforce Technical Lead (Team Lead Manager)
**Role Summary:**
Lead a team of Salesforce developers to design, build, and deploy secure, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. Provide technical strategy, enforce coding standards, drive DevOps practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business‑aligned applications.
**Expectations:**
- 6+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning, Visualforce).
- Proven team‑leadership and mentoring capability.
- Strong knowledge of platform architecture, integrations, and data modeling.
- Hands‑on expertise with CI/CD, source control, and secure coding.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and deliver on time.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Architect and develop custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce).
- Establish and enforce development standards, coding guidelines, and secure practices.
- Champion DevOps (Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing).
- Mentor and manage a team of developers; conduct performance reviews and set goals.
- Review code, provide feedback, and ensure quality compliance.
- Coordinate with third‑party contractors and cross‑functional teams.
- Translate requirements into technical designs, estimates, and project plans.
- Resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce and integrations.
- Stay current with platform updates; recommend adoption of new features.
- Lead proof‑of‑concept projects to validate solutions.
**Required Skills:**
- Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Visualforce.
- Salesforce platform architecture, integration patterns, data modeling.
- DevOps tools: Git, Copado, Gearset, or similar CI/CD platforms.
- Secure coding and Salesforce security standards (field‑level, object‑level).
- SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience conducting code reviews and managing teams.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (required).
- System Architect or Certified Technical Architect (preferred).
