We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join our Medical Malpractice & Nursing Home Operations team. This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution, acting as a bridge between operational data and leadership decision-making.
You will be responsible for delivering data-driven insights that inform day-to-day case operations, guide strategic growth initiatives, and optimize performance. Through dashboards, analyses, and process evaluation, you will support leadership in scaling operations efficiently while delivering exceptional outcomes and client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel.
Analyze intake, advertising, and case data to track performance and identify trends.
Deliver clear, concise reporting to operations and practice leadership.
Evaluate intake and case workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
Support process improvements and workflow automations across operations.
Execute ad hoc analyses and data cleanup projects as needed.
Monitor data quality and SOP compliance across systems.
Partner with Operations, Marketing, Product, and case teams to support day-to-day execution.
Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in data analytics, business operations, financial analysis, or a related role.
Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel required. Experience with Litify and Power BI preferred. SQL experience is a plus; coding experience (e.g., Python, R) is helpful but not required.
Strong analytical mindset with a curiosity for identifying insights and improving processes.
Effective communicator with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, with a preference for Business, Economics, or STEM fields.
Salary Range: $90,000 USD - $110,000 USD
