Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Business Process Analyst for one of our customers in the MedTech industry. He/she will focus on analyzing and implementing new processes for offer development and contract management teams. This role is crucial for managing and analyzing large data sets, ensuring accurate tracking, and providing insights across various departments.

On a daily basis, you will communicate across different levels within the organization, analyzing contract level details with intermediate Excel skills. You will provide insights and track execution, collaborating with stakeholders in sales, account management, and contracting. Your responsibilities will include performing data and document scrubbing to ensure data accuracy and completing tasks with limited guidance, while providing actionable recommendations. This position requires a hands-on approach to managing and interpreting large data and document sets, ensuring high visibility and impact within the team.

Pay Rate: $38-45/hr

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
