Job Title: ServiceNow Developer/Architect
Role Summary:
Design, develop, and architect ServiceNow solutions, integrating core modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, SecOps) with custom scripting and external systems. Serve as a technical lead, ensuring secure, performant, and scalable ServiceNow environments aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements.
Expectations:
- 3‑6 years hands‑on ServiceNow experience.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CS, IV, IV & A).
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and deliver quality solutions.
- Strong JavaScript skill set within the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience in regulated or high‑stake sectors (healthcare, pharma, finance).
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing in ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer workflows, Script Includes.
- Configure core modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, SecOps).
- Build integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Contribute to platform architecture—scalability, performance, security, best‑practice guidance.
- Design and govern CMDB data models and governance.
- Participate in release planning, upgrades, and instance strategy (dev/test/prod).
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
- Review code/configurations for quality and maintainability; troubleshoot production issues.
Required Skills:
- ServiceNow architecture, data models, and security model expertise.
- Advanced JavaScript for ServiceNow.
- Integration design (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub).
- Technical leadership / solution design experience on ServiceNow projects.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow upgrades, performance tuning, and optimization.
- Experience with regulated environments.
- DevOps practices: CI/CD, automated testing for ServiceNow.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Current ServiceNow certifications (certifiable roles: Certified System Administrator, Application Developer, or Architecture).
