Job Description
**Job Title:** Senior Salesforce Administrator **Role Summary:** Lead day‑to‑day management and continuous optimization of a Salesforce platform for a high‑growth FinTech organization. Serve as the primary point of contact for advanced user support, data governance, and process automation while collaborating closely with technical teams to implement scalable solutions. **Expectations:** - Own the stability, efficiency, and evolution of the Salesforce instance. - Deliver reliable support and mentorship to users and junior staff. - Drive automation and AI‑enhanced process improvements. - Provide actionable reporting and data insights. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee setup, configuration, and maintenance of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud. - Conduct system optimization reviews and implement enhancements in partnership with the Salesforce Architect. - Serve as senior support tier, troubleshooting complex issues and mentoring juniors. - Design and maintain complex automations using Flow, Apex, and Agentforce. - Develop custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to enable data‑driven decisions. - Manage data governance: user permissions, deduplication, data quality, and ETL processes. - Collaborate on larger projects, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and assist with deployment and testing. **Required Skills:** - Salesforce Administrator (mandatory) and preference for Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder. - Minimum 4 years Salesforce Administration and/or Development experience. - Deep hands‑on experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud. - Proficiency with Data Loader and VS Code or equivalent IDE. - Strong relational database knowledge and ETL familiarity. - Business analysis and requirements gathering. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Critical thinking, problem‑solving, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Salesforce Certified Administrator (required). - Advanced Administrator and/or Platform App Builder certifications strongly preferred.
