Job Title: Sr. Salesforce Administrator
Location: Milpitas, CA (On site)
Salary Range: 120K to 145K (based on experience) plus Bonus

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a key driver of our CRM's success, taking ownership of its day-to-day management and long-term optimization. You will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure our Salesforce instance meets their evolving needs and partner with our Salesforce Architect to implement scalable solutions. This is an ideal position for an experienced administrator looking to make a significant impact by ensuring the stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of our most critical business platform.
What you will do...
System Optimization & Management: Oversee the overall setup, configuration, and maintenance of the Salesforce application. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and work with the Salesforce Architect to implement enhancements.
Advanced User and Production Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for user support and mentor junior staff, handling day-to-day functions and troubleshooting complex system issues.
Process Automation & Efficiency: Design and manage complex automation using tools like Flow, Apex, Agentforce to streamline business operations. Explore and recommend modern capabilities, including Salesforce's AI and Einstein features, to further enhance our processes.
Strategic Reporting: Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Data Governance & Integrity: Own data governance by managing user permissions, data deduplication, and overseeing data quality using Salesforce best practices and tools.
Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work in close partnership with our Salesforce Architect and developers on larger projects, translating business requirements into technical solutions and assisting with deployment and testing.
What you need...
Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator required. Advanced certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) are strongly preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 4 years of Salesforce Administration and/or Development experience.
Cloud Proficiency: Deep, hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
A Modern Salesforce Toolkit: Proficiency in using Salesforce tools such as Data Loader, VS Code, or other IDEs.
Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of relational databases, data management, and familiarity with ETL processes.
Business Analysis Skills: The ability to gather and analyze business requirements effectively and translate them into functional solutions.
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with or an interest in Salesforce's AI capabilities (Agentforce/Einstein).
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
