**Job Title:** Technical Architect - ServiceNow **Role Summary:** Lead design and delivery of scalable ServiceNow HRSD solutions, translating business requirements into technical implementations. **Expectations:** Lead end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD architectural design, ensure platform best practices, and provide technical leadership on integrations and innovations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect and execute scalable ServiceNow HRSD solutions aligned with business needs. - Define and enforce platform standards, design principles, and governance frameworks. - Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and analysts to ensure technical and functional alignment. - Oversee major implementations, integrations, upgrades, and performance evaluations. - Identify automation, optimization, and innovation opportunities for platform efficiency. - Stay current with ServiceNow releases and evaluate new features for implementation. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Service Portal, Flow Designer, and REST APIs. - Experience with integrations (MID Server, web services, LDAP, SSO). - Leadership in design workshops, architectural documentation, and stakeholder communication. - Knowledge of Agile and ITIL frameworks. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Developer, with HRSD specialization. - ServiceNow certifications (CSA, Application Developer, HRSD Implementation Specialist) preferred.
