Technical Architect - ServiceNow HRSD

Location: United Kingdom (Hybrid)

We are partnered with a leading organisation that is expanding its ServiceNow capability and looking for a Technical Architect with expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD). This is a senior role where you will lead the design and delivery of scalable ServiceNow HRSD solutions, bridging business requirements with technical implementation.

The Role:

As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for shaping HRSD solutions that deliver real value to end users and the business. Working closely with senior stakeholders, project teams, and developers, you will set the architectural direction, ensure platform best practices, and act as a trusted advisor on all aspects of ServiceNow HRSD delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of ServiceNow HRSD solutions
Define and enforce platform standards, design principles, and governance
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure solutions meet both business and technical requirements
Provide leadership on major implementations, integrations, and upgrades
Conduct solution reviews, risk assessments, and performance evaluations
Identify opportunities for process automation, platform optimisation, and innovation
Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases and assess new features for future use

Requirements

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Developer, ideally focused on HRSD
Strong understanding of ServiceNow HRSD, integrations, and platform architecture
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Service Portal, Flow Designer, and REST APIs
Experience with integrations (MID Server, web services, LDAP, SSO)
Ability to lead design workshops and produce architecture documentation
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Knowledge of Agile and/or ITIL frameworks
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, Application Developer, HRSD Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable
