ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) contract opportunity.

Role: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

Location: Northwest England / Yorkshire & Humber (Manchester, Leeds, Blackpool) – Hybrid (3 days Onsite in a week)

Contract Type: 12 months (With potential extension)

Clearance: SC clearance Eligible will work (Don’t need to have active)

Rate: £600- 700/Day- Inside IR35

Visa Note: Open only to UK Citizens, ILR, or those who do not require visa sponsorship to work in UK. We do not provide visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and govern ServiceNow architecture patterns ensuring alignment with enterprise and security standards.
Lead on design of secure integrations, API frameworks, and data models (IRM–CSDM alignment, SPM, HRSD).
Provide technical assurance and architectural leadership across work packages.
Support platform engineering squads with secure by design solutions and reduced time-to-live.
Mentor engineers, embed best practices, and act as senior technical authority.

Essential Skills:

ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
Strong expertise across ServiceNow modules – IRM, ITSM, HRSD, CSDM, SPM.
Proven experience designing/implementing ServiceNow solutions in multi-cloud/data centre environments.
Solid knowledge of platform security, integrations, and API design.
Excellent communication & governance forum presentation skills.
