Job Specifications

Salary: Up to £100,000 per annum + bonus + benefits

Location: UK wide with hybrid working model and client site visits

Security Clearance: Must be SC eligible (UK nationals only)

We are partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a ServiceNow Architect to shape and drive the technical architecture and delivery of high-impact ServiceNow solutions across complex enterprise environments.

This role sits at the intersection of solution design, platform governance, and strategic delivery leadership. You’ll be a senior technical authority, influencing platform strategy, guiding technical decisions, and ensuring best practice across development and implementation teams.

What you’ll be doing

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions
Define and enforce ServiceNow architectural standards and best practices
Translate business requirements into robust platform designs and solution roadmaps
Provide technical leadership and governance across multiple delivery teams
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical strategy and business objectives
Mentor and guide developers and technical staff to foster consistency and quality

What we’re looking for

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or senior technical lead on large ServiceNow programmes
Deep hands-on expertise across ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, etc.)
Strong knowledge of integrations, platform architecture, and complex workflows
Excellent communicator with the ability to act as a technical authority to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, architect-level certifications) strongly preferred
SC eligibility (UK nationals and able to meet residency requirements)
