Expactations: • UK national eligible for SC clearance. • Minimum 5 years as ServiceNow Architect or senior technical lead on large programmes. • Proficient across core ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, etc.). • Proven integration and workflow design expertise. • Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills. • ServiceNow CSA, CIS, or architect-level certifications (strongly preferred). • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred). Key Responsibilities: • Lead architecture, design, and implementation of secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions. • Define, document, and enforce architectural standards and best practices. • Translate business requirements into robust platform designs and solution roadmaps. • Provide technical leadership and governance across multiple delivery teams. • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical strategy with business objectives. • Mentor and guide developers and technical staff to ensure consistency and quality.
