Job Description

Job Title: Solutions Engineer Role Summary: Execute end‑to‑end deployment of AI solutions for customer engineering teams, enabling adoption of autonomous software agents and AI tools within production workflows. Expectations: - 2–4 years of full‑stack software engineering experience. - Customer‑facing engineering or sales engineering exposure preferred. - Self‑motivated ownership in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments. - Proficiency in communicating complex technical concepts to technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Own the technical customer lifecycle from initial deployment to post‑deployment activation. - Collaborate directly with customer engineering teams to integrate AI tools into CI/CD pipelines and application stacks. - Conduct technical demos, pilot deployments, and proof‑of‑concepts. - Identify high‑impact use cases for AI systems, capture requirements, and translate them into implementation plans. - Solicit feedback, report findings, and influence product roadmap improvements. - Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with engineering stakeholders. Required Skills: - Full‑stack development: Python and TypeScript (frameworks/bundlers such as Node.js, React, or similar). - Knowledge of AI/ML deployment pipelines, model serving, and inference optimization. - Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). - Ability to write clean, maintainable code and automate integration workflows. - Strong verbal and written communication; adept at presenting to technical audiences. - Problem‑solving mindset with a bias toward experimentation and rapid iteration.
