Solutions Engineer / Deployed Engineer

NYC / San Francisco / Austin (On-site)

$150k–$200k base + equity (OTE $250k–$325k)

A talent-dense applied AI lab is hiring Solutions Engineers to help customers integrate and deploy cutting-edge AI systems into real production environments. The company is building autonomous software agents designed to collaborate with engineering teams, enabling developers to focus on higher-value work.

The founding team includes engineers and researchers from companies such as DeepMind, Tesla, Palantir, Waymo, and Scale AI.

This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, product, and technical customer engagement.

You’ll work directly with engineering teams to deploy AI systems, identify high-impact use cases, and drive real adoption across customer environments.

What You’ll Do

Own the technical customer lifecycle, from deployment through activation
Work directly with engineering teams to integrate AI tools into their workflows
Run technical demos and pilot deployments
Identify high-impact use cases for AI systems in production environments
Gather feedback and contribute directly to product improvements
Build strong relationships with engineering teams using the platform

What They’re Looking For

2–4 years of experience as a software engineer
Strong full-stack engineering skills
Exposure to customer-facing engineering or sales engineering
Ability to operate in high-ownership, ambiguous environments
Strong communication skills when working with technical users
Interest in AI systems and developer tools

Location: New York, San Francisco, or Austin

Work model: 5 days in office

Compensation: $150k–$200k base + strong equity (OTE $250k–$325k)
