**Job Title:** Business Process Analyst – Supply Chain (Global) **Role Summary:** Analytical professional responsible for identifying trends, evaluating process efficiency, and delivering data‑driven insights to support worldwide supply chain and packaging initiatives. Leads complex analyses, prepares executive‑level proposals, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to drive operational improvements. **Expectations:** - Act as a self‑starting problem‑solver in a fast‑paced, global environment. - Communicate findings clearly to senior leadership and diverse stakeholders. - Manage multiple analytical projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. - Partner with decision‑support, engineering, and packaging design groups to enhance logistics performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze business data to uncover patterns, profiles, and trends. - Conduct complex quantitative analyses to support data‑driven decision making. - Evaluate existing processes, benchmark against industry best practices, and recommend improvements. - Prepare and present detailed proposals, reports, and monthly updates for senior management. - Collaborate with global and regional teams to track key programs and deliver status reports. - Support issue triage, root‑cause analysis, and develop actionable remediation plans. - Partner with Decision Support, Engineering, and Packaging Design to improve management systems and logistics. **Required Skills:** - Advanced analytical, modeling, and problem‑solving abilities. - Strong project/program management experience (logistics, packaging, or supply chain preferred). - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication. - Proficiency in data analysis tools (advanced Excel; familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or SQL a plus). - Ability to isolate key business processes and identify performance drivers. - Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable working in ambiguous, dynamic environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). - 7–15 years relevant experience in process analysis, operations, or program management. - Preferred: Lean or Six Sigma certification; knowledge of packaging and logistics systems integration.
