Business Process Analyst (Global Supply Chain & Packaging)

Location: Hybrid (Onsite 3 days) - Sunnyvale, CA (Local candidates only)

Pay Rate: $70-$82/hr (DOE)

Duration: 6-month assignment (possibility of extension)

Hours: 40 hours/week

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to support the Worldwide Supply Chain (WWSC) and Packaging teams. This role will be instrumental in identifying trends, improving processes, and providing data-driven insights to guide key business decisions. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.

You'll lead analytical projects, evaluate process efficiency, and develop comprehensive proposals that inform leadership and drive operational improvements across logistics, packaging, and supply chain initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and analyze business information to uncover patterns, profiles, and trends.
Conduct complex analyses to support data-driven decision-making.
Evaluate existing business processes and recommend opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and present detailed proposals and reports for senior management and leadership teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally with global and regional teams to track key programs and deliver monthly updates.
Partner with Decision Support, Engineering, and Packaging Design teams to enhance management systems and logistics performance.
Benchmark current operations and proposed solutions against industry best practices.
Support issue triage, root cause analysis (RCA), and develop actionable recommendations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree a plus).
7-15 years of relevant experience in process analysis, operations, or program management.
Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving capabilities.
Proven experience in program and project management; background in logistics, packaging, or supply chain preferred.
Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
Resourceful self-starter comfortable working in a dynamic, global, and often ambiguous environment.
Demonstrated ability to isolate key business processes and identify performance drivers.

Preferred Skills (Nice To Have)

Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or SQL).
Advanced Excel or data visualization proficiency.
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
Knowledge of packaging and logistics systems integration.
