**Job title**: Salesforce Consultant
**Role Summary**
Provide day‑to‑day user support, data integrity, training, adoption, and governance for Salesforce within a large, global, multi‑matrix organization. Works closely with CRM users, managers, and leadership to ensure consistent, secure, and effective platform usage.
**Expectations**
* Operate as the primary support point for Salesforce users across multiple regions.
* Deliver consistent training and adoption programmes.
* Maintain high standards of data quality, security, and compliance.
* Facilitate change management, UAT, and post‑implementation validation in alignment with release cycles.
**Key Responsibilities**
* First‑line Salesforce support: resolve incidents, bugs, and access requests.
* User lifecycle management: new user onboarding, deactivation, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
* Develop, update, and maintain reports and dashboards.
* Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and adoption resources.
* Run UAT/PIV cycles, coordinate release communications, and provide release notes.
* Lead training sessions, workshops, and champion community engagements.
* Own data integrity: data cleansing, duplication management, and quality metrics.
* Support audits, access reviews, and compliance activities.
* Maintain and update CRM policies and procedures documents.
**Required Skills**
* Proven experience supporting Salesforce users in a live production environment (non‑configuration).
* Strong knowledge of data integrity, security, access management, and governance within Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
* Ability to create and sustain reports and dashboards.
* Experience delivering training and fostering adoption in a multi‑matrix business.
* Familiarity with private wealth or financial services contexts; exposure to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
* Critical thinking, problem solving, and excellent written and verbal communication.
**Required Education & Certifications**
* Salesforce Superbadge in Security, Access Management, or equivalent.
* CIPD qualification or demonstrated background in Learning & Development.
* Relevant Salesforce certification (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or equivalent) is a plus.
