Job Description: **Job title:** Systems and Analytics Intern **Role Summary:** Support the Global Operations team by maintaining corporate data, building and validating operational reports, and assisting with Procure to Pay processes. Job Description: Job title: Continuous Improvement Intern Role Summary: Intern to support the Continuous Improvement team by mapping and evaluating business processes, collecting and analyzing data, and developing Lean/Six Sigma solutions to reduce waste and increase operational efficiency. Expectations: - Deep analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving and root cause analysis abilities. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver clear, concise documentation. - Effective written and oral communication skills in a cross‑functional environment. Key Responsibilities: - Map, observe, and document current processes across departments. - Collect and analyze data to identify bottlenecks, waste (Muda), and improvement opportunities; set baseline metrics. - Collaborate with CI specialists on Lean projects, including Kaizen events and value‑stream mapping workshops. - Propose data‑driven solutions to eliminate waste and streamline operations. - Produce standard work instructions, project summaries, visual management aids, and progress reports. - Assist in creating training materials and communication to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
