Job Description
**Job title:** Systems and Analytics Intern **Role Summary:** Support the Global Operations team by maintaining corporate data, building and validating operational reports, and assisting with Procure to Pay processes. Work on projects that improve data consistency, streamline reporting, and enhance supplier onboarding. **Expectations:** - Summer internship (late May – early August). - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Procurement, Finance, and Operations. - Develop analytical and reporting skills using enterprise tools. - Deliver actionable insights and support continuous process improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Update and audit corporate master data (Vendor Tax ID, customer NAICS codes, item master). - Create and publish new records consistency reports. - Build, validate, and format operational scorecards and reports in Concur, SX/CSD, Board, and DB Visualizer. - Assist with data cleanup before supplier entry into Coupa. - Troubleshoot P2P errors related to purchase orders and invoices. - Participate in supply chain analytics projects (procurement, logistics, customer service). **Required Skills:** - Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking. - Process improvement methodology. - Effective written and verbal communication. - Data analytics proficiency (Excel, BI tools, SQL). - Customer‑service orientation. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current student or recent graduate in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. - No mandatory certifications required; familiarity with ERP/BI platforms (Coupa, Concur, etc.) is a plus.

Job title: Continuous Improvement Intern Role Summary: Intern to support the Continuous Improvement team by mapping and evaluating business processes, collecting and analyzing data, and developing Lean/Six Sigma solutions to reduce waste and increase operational efficiency. Expectations: - Deep analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving and root cause analysis abilities. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver clear, concise documentation. - Effective written and oral communication skills in a cross‑functional environment. Key Responsibilities: - Map, observe, and document current processes across departments. - Collect and analyze data to identify bottlenecks, waste (Muda), and improvement opportunities; set baseline metrics. - Collaborate with CI specialists on Lean projects, including Kaizen events and value‑stream mapping workshops. - Propose data‑driven solutions to eliminate waste and streamline operations. - Produce standard work instructions, project summaries, visual management aids, and progress reports. - Assist in creating training materials and communication to promote a culture of continuous improvement. Required Skills: - Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio proficiency. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Self‑motivated, able to work independently and in a team.
