OTC Industrial Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic Systems & Analytics - Intern to join our Global Operations team this summer.
This internship will support our Global Operations team in activities and projects such as:
Corporate Data Maintenance
Vendor Tax ID & ACH Information
Customer Tax ID & NAICS Code Information
New Records Creation Report for consistency
Item Master - Materials Verification
Operational Reporting
Build and validate Ops reporting in solutions such as Concur, SX / CSD, Board, and DB Visualizer)
Run, format, and publish scorecards, reports, etc.
Procure to Pay (P2P) - Coupa
Assist with master data clean up prior to a supplier joining the P2P solution
Assist the P2P team with troubleshooting errors (PO and Invoice)
