**Job Title:** Director, Sales Enablement and Field Marketing
**Role Summary:**
Lead cross‑functional sales and marketing alignment to drive pipeline growth and revenue. Design, execute, and measure field marketing, ABM, and enablement initiatives. Oversee adoption of enablement tools, analytics platforms, and content feedback loops to maximize sales team effectiveness.
**Expectations:**
- Build and maintain a high‑performing enablement program.
- Deliver measurable pipeline impact from field campaigns.
- Ensure consistent messaging and ROI of marketing initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan and execute field marketing programs, B2B events, tradeshows, and ABM campaigns.
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing leadership to align campaign objectives with revenue targets.
- Collaborate with Content, Brand, and Digital teams for unified messaging.
- Manage relationships with external agencies to scale programs.
- Lead onboarding of new Sales reps within the enablement framework.
- Drive adoption of sales enablement platforms (Seismic, Mindtickle) and report utilization.
- Manage vendor relationships for enablement tools.
- Deliver tool training, quarterly adoption reviews, and playbooks.
- Establish a structured content feedback loop with Sales.
- Leverage Salesforce Lightning, Pardot, Google Analytics, Power BI, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, and Jasper.ai for campaign execution and measurement.
- Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards tracking campaign performance, adoption, and pipeline contribution.
- Translate analytics into actionable insights for continuous improvement.

**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital, Communications, or Business.
- Master’s degree is a preferred asset.
- Experience with sales enablement tools (Seismic, Mindtickle) and marketing automation (Pardot) is required.
**Experience:**
- 10+ years in B2B marketing with emphasis on performance‑driven strategies, sales enablement, and field marketing.
- Proven track record in demand generation and multi‑touch integrated campaigns.
