Job Description
Job Title: AI Operations Specialist Role Summary: Design, prototype, and deploy AI‑driven automation solutions to streamline customer experience (CX) operations. Work closely with Support, CSMs, Accounting, and other internal teams to identify repetitive tasks, build prompt‑engineered agents, and create lightweight workflows that improve efficiency and scale. Expectations: - Shadow CX roles to map task flows and uncover automation opportunities. - Develop and iterate prompt chains and AI agents for ticket handling, documentation, and reporting. - Build simple automations for internal processes such as transaction updates and record‑keeping. - Clean and structure data to fuel AI models and dashboards that inform CX decisions. - Document workflows, prompt libraries, and experimentation notes for reuse across teams. - Train and enable non‑technical teammates to adopt AI tools. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct workflow analysis and identify manual, repetitive operations suitable for AI. - Prototype and deploy AI agents (e.g., LLM prompts, multi‑step workflows) that support ticket triage, email drafting, and insight extraction. - Create and maintain prompt libraries and automation scripts in Python. - Collaborate cross‑functionally to integrate AI solutions into existing tech stack. - Gather, clean, and analyze data to support AI model training and performance monitoring. - Produce dashboards and insights that reveal customer behavior and internal workload trends. - Document all processes, provide training, and maintain knowledge base for team reuse. Required Skills: - Foundational programming/scripting (Python preferred). - Data manipulation with libraries such as Pandas. - Basic understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and prompt chaining. - Strong analytical and data‑cleaning abilities. - Excellent listening, collaboration, and communication skills. - Ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders. - Curiosity, experimentation mindset, and drive to solve inefficiencies. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (or final‑year) in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Operations, or related field. - No specific certifications required.
