**Job Title** Marketing Operations Manager **Role Summary** Responsible for translating marketing strategy into actionable plans, managing the marketing calendar, and ensuring all campaigns, events, and deliverables are executed on time. Acts as the central communication hub between the marketing team and other departments, optimizing workflows and maintaining key systems. **Expectations** - Deliver projects on schedule, maintaining high accuracy in tracking and reporting. - Foster clear, proactive communication across teams. - Manage high‑volume marketing activities during peak seasons with composure. **Key Responsibilities** - Convert strategic marketing plans into detailed project timelines and task lists. - Own and update the marketing calendar; coordinate campaigns, events, and deliverables. - Maintain ClickUp as the single source of truth for all marketing tasks and priorities. - Lead weekly project meetings, identify blockers, and reassign tasks as needed. - Build and refine efficient workflows for campaign setup, creative requests, and internal communication. - Ensure proper use of HubSpot, Google Drive, WordPress, and other marketing tools. - Track and report marketing metrics; assist in data analysis to inform decisions. - Recommend and implement process improvements to reduce bottlenecks. - Serve as liaison between marketing and other departments, keeping leadership informed of status and outcomes. - Coordinate seasonal campaign schedules, track launch deadlines, and lead post‑campaign wrap‑ups. **Required Skills** - Project management and marketing operations experience (3–5 years). - Strong attention to detail and competency in managing multiple moving parts. - Proficiency with ClickUp (or equivalent project management tools), HubSpot, Google Drive, and spreadsheets. - Excellent written and verbal communication; proactive and dependable. - Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain focus during busy periods. - Bonus: Basic data reporting and campaign analytics skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred. ---
