**Job Title:** Associate Director of Digital Content
**Role Summary**
Lead cross-channel digital content strategies for Woodcraft Rangers and Camp Woodcraft, driving engagement for school partners and rental clients through inclusive, equity-centered storytelling.
**Expectations**
Strategic, hands-on leadership in developing and executing content across social, web, and email platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with organizational goals and ensure content is trauma-informed, culturally relevant, and developmentally appropriate.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Set and execute digital strategies (social media, web, email, paid) to drive lead generation, engagement, and conversions.
- Oversee content calendars, editorial direction, and creative standards, ensuring alignment with brand equity and equity-centered messaging.
- Design, edit, and optimize social posts, email campaigns, landing pages, banners, and short-form video.
- Manage SEO/SEM improvements, CMS updates, and program/retreat page content.
- Lead email automation, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance optimization via ESP systems.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), tracking ROI and adjusting budgets dynamically.
- Monitor digital performance dashboards (GA4, social analytics) to translate data into actionable insights.
- Coordinate with leaders, SMEs, and RevOps/SystemsOps to refine systems and processes.
**Required Skills**
- Advanced digital marketing expertise (paid search, social, email, SEO/SEM).
- Content creation/editing for multimedia platforms (video, web, email).
- Data-driven decision-making using GA4, social analytics, and ESP tools.
- Experience with CMS, ESP, and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, WordPress).
- Strong strategic planning and budget management skills for cross-channel campaigns.
- Equity-centered storytelling and inclusive communication practices.
- Cross-functional leadership and collaboration with technical and creative teams.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital content leadership roles (5+ years preferred).
- Certifications in digital marketing (Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint), SEO, or project management (PMP, Agile) preferred.
