**Job Title:** Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) **Role Summary:** Strategic executive responsible for leading commercial, sales, and marketing functions to achieve aggressive revenue growth, expand into new markets, and strengthen brand positioning across public and private sectors. Lead the development and execution of sales and marketing plans, including pricing, positioning, and demand generation. 3. Report commercial performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the CEO and board. **Required Skills:** - Proven leadership in driving revenue growth for SaaS, tech‑enabled platforms, procurement solutions, or regulated markets. - Strong strategic planning, financial acumen, and analytical capabilities. - Expertise in go‑to‑market strategy, brand development, and customer acquisition. - Excellent people management and team‑building skills. - Collaborative, visionary mindset with a focus on translating ideas into results. - Superior communication and stakeholder management abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (required). - MBA or equivalent advanced degree (preferred). - Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Certified Commercial Leader, SaaS/Tech sales certifications) are a plus.
