Location: East Midlands (Hybrid - 2 days office / national travel as required)

Are you a commercial leader ready to drive growth, shape strategy, and leave a lasting mark on a fast-growing organisation?

We're looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join the executive team of a rapidly scaling UK business, recently recognised as one of the country's fastest-growing private companies.

In this pivotal role, you'll:

Lead the commercial, sales, and marketing strategy to deliver ambitious revenue growth.
Expand the company's reach into new sectors and markets, identifying opportunities for innovation and partnership.
Inspire high-performing teams across sales, marketing, and account management.
Enhance brand reputation and customer engagement across public and private sector clients.
Report directly to the CEO and play a key role in shaping the company's three-year growth plan.

We're looking for:

Experience across procurement solutions, services, SaaS/tech-enabled platforms, or regulated markets.
A proven commercial leader with a track record of driving revenue growth.
Strong strategic, financial, and people leadership skills.
Experience leading go-to-market strategy, brand development, and customer acquisition.
A collaborative, visionary mindset with the ability to turn ideas into measurable outcomes.
