Drive process improvements and data integrity across the organization. **Expactations** - Deliver accurate, timely financial analysis and forecasting. - Maintain high data quality and consistency across systems. - Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to extract and interpret data. - Support ERP migration initiatives and transform legacy data workflows. - Provide insightful reports that influence senior‑level strategy and operations. **Key Responsibilities** - Clean, transform, and organize large volumes of finance data from ERP and finance systems (Sage, Salesforce, Certinia, Melon). - Pull, merge, and validate data ensuring consistency and reliability. - Work with Operations and stakeholders to aggregate and interpret data for reporting. - Conduct detailed variance analysis, forecasting, and scenario modelling. - Build accurate, actionable reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data governance and reporting efficiency. - Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain data integrity. **Required Skills** - 4+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, and forecasting experience. - Hands‑on experience extracting data from ERP systems. - Strong financial acumen: interpret balance sheet, P&L, cash flow statements. - Advanced Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables, advanced formulas). - Familiarity with data transformation, cleaning, and structuring. - Proficiency in reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). - Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with the ability to translate raw data into actionable insights. - Structured approach to process improvement and data governance. - Excellent teamwork and communication skills; thrive in collaborative environments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field preferred. - CPA, CFA, or other relevant financial certifications an advantage.
