Job Description
Job Title: Salesforce Administrator Role Summary: Support and enhance the organization’s Salesforce platform to enable efficient business processes, data integrity, and user adoption. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions using declarative tools and integrations. Expectations: • Deliver consistent system improvements that align with business goals. • Maintain high system availability and user satisfaction. • Keep current on Salesforce releases, best practices, and emerging AI tools. • Provide documentation, training, and change-management support for end users. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and resolve system pain points through best‑practice Salesforce configurations. - Gather requirements and implement custom objects, flows, approval processes, and dynamic pages. - Build and maintain integrations with third‑party applications, ensuring security and data quality. - Champion AI initiatives (e.g., Agentforce, Microsoft Copilot) to improve user productivity. - Conduct regression and user‑acceptance testing for configuration changes. - Lead documentation and user training for new features and process changes. - Collaborate with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud teams on cross‑functional projects. Required Skills: - 2–4 years as a Salesforce Administrator. - Proficiency with declarative development (Flows, Process Builder, Dynamic Pages). - Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Pardot (Account Engagement). - Strong stakeholder and project management abilities. - Knowledge of change‑management, security best practices, and data governance. - Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environment. Required Education & Certifications: - Salesforce Administrator certification (mandatory). - Additional certifications (Platform App Builder, AgentForce, Sharing & Visibility, or equivalent) are desirable. - Proven experience with third‑party integrations (e.g., Conga, SalesLoft, ChurnZero, Apollo).
