Job Description: Job Title: Communications & Business Development Lead Role Summary: Lead the development and execution of communication and business development strategies to strengthen the organization’s brand, expand international partnerships, and attract new clients in the architecture, planning, and consulting sectors. Expectations: - Position the organization for new market opportunities and elevate professional visibility. - Build and maintain high‑level stakeholder relationships across cultures and time zones. - Deliver measurable outreach and partnership results within a contract‑based engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement integrated communication and marketing plans across digital, print, and professional platforms. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships. - Create bilingual (English‑Arabic or English‑French) company profiles, presentations, proposals, and marketing materials. - Represent the organization at meetings, online forums, and partnership discussions. - Coordinate visibility campaigns and international branding activities. - Support contract negotiations, client communications, and proposal management. - Produce periodic performance reports and opportunity briefs for senior management. Required Skills: - Strategic communication and marketing acumen. - Relationship building and cross‑cultural communication. - Bilingual proficiency in English plus either Arabic or French (strong verbal and written skills). - Presentation, negotiation, and organization skills. - Ability to work independently and collaborate across time zones. - Experience with stakeholder engagement in the public and private sectors. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in communications, PR, or business development, preferably within architecture, planning, or consulting. - No specific certifications required.
