Job Description
**Job Title:** Bilingual Account Manager **Role Summary:** Serve as primary customer contact to drive sales and build long-term client relationships by demonstrating technical expertise, optimizing territory management, and providing high-level account consultations. **Expactations:** - Achieve sales targets through customer engagement and business development. - Maintain bilingual proficiency in French and English. - Possess at least three years of outside sales experience with performance goals. - Hold a valid driver’s license and operate a company vehicle. - Demonstrate physical capability to walk construction sites, lift 65 lbs, and climb scaffolding. - Adapt to flexible schedules and occasional overnight travel. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and maintain client relationships to expand market share. - Develop territory-specific work schedules to maximize sales productivity. - Deliver product demonstrations and technical consultations on-site or in client offices. - Track all customer interactions using Salesforce to meet reporting requirements. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client needs and drive solutions. **Required Skills:** - Bilingual communication (French/English). - Sales and account management experience in a target-driven environment. - Proficiency in technical product demonstrations. - Strong time and territory management. - Physical agility for construction site navigation. - Adaptability to variable work schedules and remote/hybrid logistics. - Ability to travel internationally (e.g., U.S. training). **Required Education & Certifications:** - High School diploma or GED (CAED equivalent). Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Valid driver’s license.
