**Job Title:** ServiceNow Architect
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, and implement enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and related modules. Lead architecture strategy, governance, and technical execution while ensuring compliance with security and data standards.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver scalable, secure ServiceNow environments that meet business and compliance requirements.
- Lead cross‑functional teams, mentor developers, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmap, perform upgrades, and optimize performance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead architectural design and technical implementation of the ServiceNow platform and modules.
- Define platform strategy, roadmap, and governance in partnership with stakeholders.
- Provide guidance on best practices, configuration, and customization.
- Design and develop solutions for ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, and Discovery.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third‑party systems (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, LDAP, SSO, etc.) ensuring seamless data flow.
- Conduct platform upgrades, performance optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, solution designs, and configuration standards.
- Mentor developers and administrators on ServiceNow development practices.
- Ensure compliance with County of Los Angeles security and data standards.
**Required Skills:**
- 8+ years IT experience, 5+ focused on ServiceNow architecture and development.
- Proven large‑scale ServiceNow implementation and management.
- Deep knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, Discovery modules.
- Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer).
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server integration, LDAP, SSO.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver projects on schedule.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA).
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) highly preferred.
